Animals
Animals are not permitted, except service animals, unless specified by the Flyers.

Autographs
Fans may seek autographs prior to and after the game along the fence outside of both dugouts. Also, check out the Meijer Autograph Booth located on the concourse during each game.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)
An ATM is located at the center of the main concourse.

Birthday Parties
Birthday Parties are available for all Flyers home games, based on availability.

Camera/Video Equipment
Cameras are permitted in the park. Video cameras are also permitted but cannot be used to reproduce the game and must not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.

Children’s Entry
Children over the age of 2 are required to have a game ticket. Any child less than 2 years who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult.

E-G Elevators
Suite level or disabled guests may use the elevator. The elevator is accessible at the ground floor main lobby or on the main concourse behind homeplate.

First Aid
First aid is located at the Customer Relation’s Booth located on the main concourse level behind home plate and is provided by Alexian Brothers Hospital Network.

Food/Concessions
Concession stands serve a wide variety of foods and beverages and are located on the main concourse. No outside food or beverage of any kind is allowed in the ballpark.

Gates
The main entry gates are located on the concourse at first and third base. Gates normally open 1 hour and 20 minutes prior to the scheduled game time.

H-L Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking is available in the Metra lot adjacent to the stadium.

Handicapped Seating
Handicapped seating is available on the concourse behind sections A-C-EH-K-M & O. Fans must specify if they wish to sit in these locations when they purchase their tickets. Fans with wheelchairs may make arrangements prior to their arrival by calling the Flyers Ticket Office.

The Hangar Gift Shop
The Hangar Gift Shop is located in our main lobby on the lower level and carries a wide variety of Flyers merchandise and memorabilia. A Flyers merchandise stand is also located on the concourse for all games.

Lost and Found
The lost and found is located at the Customer Relations Booth behind home plate.

Lost Children
Lost children looking for parents will be escorted by Flyers Personnel to the Customer Relations Booth behind home plate.

M-R Picnic at the Park
The Flyers expanded picnic area is located beyond the left-field fence. Pre-game picnics are available for groups of 25 or more. Call the Flyers Ticket Office for reservations.

Radios
Single speaker radios and Walkman’s are allowed in the stadium, provided they do not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.

Recycling
Please help the Flyers recycle by depositing all of your plastic items in the appropriately marked receptacles throughout the stadium.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on all levels, most contain a baby changing station. There are 3 family bathrooms, 2 on the concourse and 1 on the suite level for people in need of assistance.

S-Z Scoreboard Messages
To have a birthday or anniversary greeting displayed on the scoreboard, contact the the Flyers office at least 24 hours prior to the game. A $5 donation to the Negro League Museum is required.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the stadium.

Speed Pitch Machine

Test your pitching arm at the Flyers speed pitch inflatable, located at the Pepsi Kid Zone at the end of the concourse on the third base side.

Tours
Stadium tours are available to the public by reservation only. Call the Flyers office for more information and reservations.
